The candidate will develop detailed financial and written analyses that assess media companies, their products & services, industries, growth opportunities, valuations and investment merits.

The candidate will conduct market research, prepare transaction documents, and collaborate on management presentations.

He/she will work closely with clients, corporate buyers and private equity investors throughout the M&A engagements.
Qualifications
- MBA in finance.
- Exceptional academic and professional track record.
- 2-5 years of work experience preferably with the M&A practice of a leading investment bank or accounting firm, with a commercial finance company, or with a major consulting firm.
- Extensive experience with financial modeling, corporate valuations and third-party due diligence. Knowledgeable in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, research, writing and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience working with high performing teams.
- Organized, thorough, and detail oriented.
- Self starter able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Executive presence with the ability to develop a rapport with colleagues and clients.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm and integrity.
