- A strategic investment in Intercept Interactive's Undertone Networks a premier online ad network, by JMI Equity;
- The sale of Medical Knowledge Group, a leading medical education company, to CIVC Partners;
- The sale of Becker Group, a leading provider of experiential and events marketing services, to Viad Corp;
- The sale of Circles, a leading provider of loyalty marketing services, to Sodexho;
- The sale of VentureDirect, a leading provider of online lead generation and customer acquisition services, to Plattform Holding;
- A $50+ million investment in Gorilla Nation Media, a leading interactive ad network by Great Hill Partners;
- The sale of Cymfony, a social media market intelligence and research firm, to Taylor Nelson Sofres;
- The sale of Aberdeen Group, a leading provider of technology market research, intelligence and demand generation services, to Harte-Hanks;
- The sale of Klipmart, a provider of online video advertising and management solutions, to DoubleClick;
- The acquisition of Vacation Connections, a marketing company focused on reaching consumers in vacation environments, by Stone Canyon (Cypress Group).
